This meditation practice has origins in 1000 BC, India, and has been guided to Martha by annointed Buddhist monk, Vajra Darshan, since 2018. It includes the repetition of sacred Sanskrit mantras (prayers) and translation by your guide, as well as visualizations, key words and concepts for each respective chakra. We begin by grounding into physical presence with the root chakra, and flow our way up the spine and through each of the 9 energy centers of the Mahajrya Buddhism perspective. Depending on the individual or group, we may ascend all the way up to the 9th chakra, or spend time in other chakras that suit the energy of the session. 30-60 minutes depending on where you are in your meditation journey. Over the phone and in person available. Meditate in nature at a public park of your choice for extra grounding! You can also hire Martha to be a meditation guide for one of your retreats or special events.
