Interval training is a great way to increase cardiovascular health, muscle tone, fat burning, and mental resiliance. We take ~30 minutes with push/rest periods to adventure through the outdoors on either foot or bike! Don't have a bike? No problem! Martha has an extra that you can use for a low-impact interval workout. Prefer on foot? Select a favortie park with natural ground cover for low impact, or hit the streets for extra mental stimulation. One of the great aspects of interval training is that your push periods are relative to where you are on your fitness journey- give your best for a short period before slowing to an easy pace of recovery time.
