Join Martha and nature enthusiasts outside at one of your local parks! Classes are a mixture of intention setting, warm-up, ~30 minutes of interval body weight training, ab work, and cool down. In nature, we expose ourselves to the elements that assist in the recharging of the body and spirit: a healthy dose of sun exposure for vitamin D production, optional footware for connecting to the electric grid of Earth, wind and possible rain to challenge ourselves and completely tune in with the seasons of life (hard core!). Aclimmatization to the environment is a great and natural way to stimulate natural adaptive processes in the body. Classes are curated to the levels of participants.
